Block Payments
Please do not hand over block payments without getting a reciept. the policy of Laugh n Pass is that all block payments are paid into the office. You should request a receipt for cash.
Stories are always heard whereby learners hand over large sums of money to a driving instructor then cancels all lessons without the customer getting payments back.
Always ask as to whether in the event that you cancelled lessons would you get a refund.

Driving Instructors
It is important that a learner understands that the driving instructors that work for any driving school are not employed by the schools. Each instructor is self Employed. The Instructors work under the good reputation of any school, Any issues should be reported as the reputation of a school is at stake if an instructor from any company lets you down.
Things not working out ?
We ask that should any learner not be satisfield with the instructor that we have placed them with would you call and discuss this with us in confidentiality. It is only natural for individuals to at times clash personalities and rather than loose custom we can allocate another instructor from our Driving School.

Proposed Changes to practical as of Oct 2010
It is proposed that when attending a practical test your trainer will have to sit in and observe the test.
This has its benefits in that your instructor can define your weak areas and remedy them before any further tests. The objective of this is to reduce the number of attempts for anyone candidate.
Where a learner has not had lessons with a driving instuctor - the person that has taught you may attend this being family or a friend.

New case study to be included. Learners will be given a scenerio or short story to which questions will be asked. These questions will assess the understanding of driving theory ...... Good luck
